What is People-Centred Leadership about?

People-Centred Leadership is about putting the people you work with and who work for you front and centre of your values.

Respecting every individual that you work with for their opinions, their talents, their values and their worth.

Taking the time to listen to them, helping them grow and supporting them when times are hard personally or professionally.

This isn’t fluffy, it’s practical and delivers huge benefits for your business.

With employee engagement levels at an all time low with 51% of employees ‘disengaged’ and a further 16% who are ‘actively disengaged’ undermining the great work that the 33% ‘engaged’ employees are doing (source: Gallup’s 2017 State of the Global Workplace study).
The impact of low employee engagement has a hugely detrimental effect on the client experience of your business, impact sales and return business and hit the bottom line in lots of other ways too…
